Step 1: Consultation

Analysis and assessment: our experienced specialists will conduct extensive research into your request and objectives to get the best understanding of what you want and need. We like to do this over the phone as its more personable, but we can also do this via WhatsApp or email if this suits you best. For long term or permanent security contracts, an initial consultation over the phone necessary, followed by an in depth consultation in person.

Step 2: Team and service selection and setup

Once services have been agreed, we will establish the security team of bodyguards (or bodyguard).

We will engage with our chauffer’s and/or security drivers and will acquire any vehicles you request.

Once we have created your bespoke security solution, we will then setup a communication group with you, the security and a specialist from Acies International to oversee the project/task. The group is ultimately used for all communications, planning, logistics and your itinerary.

Step 3: Deployment

Our team or agents will arrive at the given location. They will spend some time to learn about all personnel and local factors that could influence your safety. They will become familiar with you, the environment, and the people around you, in a professional and confidence-building manner.

Please be assured that all our agents are very adaptable and flexible to fit around you and master of improvisation.

Step 4: Constant communication

Throughout our engagement, we will maintain an open line of communication to keep each other informed on performance and areas of change and/or improvements. Acies International will always be available to you.
